Initié par le beatmaker FRZ et le saxophoniste Maxime Staszewski, le projet SOULFLIP voit le jour en 2016. Réunissant une section cuivres (saxophone, trombone et trompette), une chanteuse, un pianiste et un guitariste, le groupe avant tout axé sur le live explore les horizons soul/funk/swing, revisités à travers une rythmique HipHop ou électronique envoûtante. Les musiciens : Olivier (guitare, prod), Ross (trombone), Noé (clavier), Amélie (voix), Aurore (saxophone), Camilo (trompette).
Initially launched by the beatmaker FRZ and the saxophonist Maxime Staszewski, the SOULFLIP project came out in 2016. Bringing together a horn section (saxophone, trombone and trumpet), a female singer, a pianist and a guitarist, the live band makes an in-depth exploration of soul/funk/swing, through hard-hitting HipHop or electronic rythms. The musicians : Olivier (guitar, beats), Ross (trombone), Noé (keyboard), Amélie (vocals), Aurore (saxophone), Camilo (trumpet).
